Since our support website is now in a blog format, searching for an answer to your questions just became easier.
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our FAQ page, please give searching a try. We write a lot of posts and chances are, we have the answer you are looking for in one of them.
To search, simply type what you are looking for in the search box (upper right) and hit enter on your keyboard.

We would like to introduce our latest website. The easiest way to do this would be to show you one of our ads for the site, so here goes…
Post your job listings on JobLeeg.com today. The system is free to use, for both job seekers and job posters.

Find that new job you will love. Tons of job listings posted every day. Have a list of jobs emailed to you.

The internet changes every day and we do our best to keep up. One thing that is always on the move is security.
We have seen numerous returned email messages in our que…mostly announcements from our websites. Usually, we will email you to thank you for signing up or when your ad is about to expire. Lately, many AOL, Comcast and some other ISPs have not been getting them.
We have been digging for the reason for the past few days. Well, we think we found it. Apparently, AOL and the others think we are sending out too much email. Hey, we can’t help it if we’re popular. Yesterday, we contacted AOL and requested that they unblock us from their “do not mail” list and they may have today. We have already received one report that one of our members is now receiving mail from us while using AOL. That’s good news. We will continue to work with the remaining ISPs to get this issue resolved.
Have you been having trouble logging in? Well, it could be your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or AOL to sign in to our websites and are having trouble, give Firefox a try. We recently heard of success with that.

Many of our support requests have to do with having difficulty uploading images to place in your ads.
Many people take photos with their digital cameras and either don’t know or forget to change the setting on their camera to “web.” This means the picture they took is going to produce both a large picture and a large file size, giving our system trouble.
We discovered a great photo resizing tool online the other day that can greatly help out with this issue. Now, you can take the photo off your camera and upload it to this website. The website will automatically reduce the size of the photo to the size you select (we would suggest 700px under the custom setting) and you can easily upload the resized photo to your ad.
Visit ShrinkPictures.com here.
Give it a try and let us know how the tool works.

We recently added a new search bar at the top and bottom areas of our five main classified websites. This is a custom Google search bar that we set up to search not only the website you are browsing, but the other related websites in our network. This should aid in helping you find the product or service you are looking for.
The new search bar looks like this:

We will be keeping our regular inter-site search in its usual place…on the left side column and on the search page.

This is just an announcement to inform you that we recently extended the allowable ad duration on our five main classified sites (WebLeeg, PetLeeg, CycleLeeg, AutoLeeg and BoatLeeg).
Earlier, members were able to choose between 1 month, 2 months and 3 months when placing an ad. Today, we changed the durations to 60 days, 90 days, 180 days and 360 days. We will be keeping an eye on the effects of this decision, but feel it will make life easier for those who place hundreds or thousands of ads repeatedly.

While browsing our websites, you may notice a new button on many of the pages that looks like this:

If you click this button, you will have the ability to bookmark the page you are on in your favorite bookmark website, such as del.icio.us, Yahoo! Bookmarks and Digg. There are 36 bookmark sites on the list right now, with new ones being added all the time.
We think this is a really cool feature that will help you find those neat pages on our websites that you like to visit again and again. So…start bookmarking.

I know some of you have gotten used to our old support ticket system, but I’m sure you’ll find this system much easier.
Okay, you may ask, “How do I submit a support ticket?” Well, it’s really simple.
1. First, visit our FAQ page and give it a quick once over to make sure we haven’t already answered your question. In many cases, other have already asked the same question and we covered it on the FAQ page.
2. If you can’t find the answer, then visit our Contact page, fill out the form and hit submit. Please remember to fill out all the appropriate areas and to be as descriptive as you can. That’s going to help us.
3. Wait for an email back. We usually answer ticket within 24 hours. We’ll get back to you ASAP.
