Current Registration Issue

We would like to report a small issue.

Yesterday, we did network wide upgrades. With these upgrades, a small number of users have reported trouble registering for membership. The common issue described is that they are brought back to the registration page after they fill in all the required . On the page they are brought to, there is an that reads, “Please choose state.”

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it. So far, we are able to duplicate the issue by using version 7 and . If you are using version 7 and happen to have Firefox installed on your computer, please try using that. Also, we haven’t had any issues while using version 8.

We appreciate your patience while we work on this.

UPDATE: 7/22/09

We have isolated this issue to only those users trying to register at our website using version 7. We have discovered the problem and have a fix in place, unfortunately, this fix must roll out with our next scheduled upgrade. The upgrade is planned to be implemented in the next few weeks.

What can you do in the meantime?

If you are having issues registering and would still like to get on board with our website (which we sure would appreciate), you can simply upgrade to version 8 or just download Firefox. Both browsers aren’t having any issues with our websites and work wonderfully.

Here are some links for those websites:

- Download Firefox
- Upgrade Internet Explorer

Now remember, we aren’t endorsing either of these products listed above. We are just stating that both of these products work well with our websites and are used by millions of people worldwide.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE: 7/27/09

We have begun upgrading our websites to fix the . So far, we have upgraded PetLeeg, WebLeeg, CycleLeeg, AutoLeeg and BoatLeeg and the issue seems to have been cleared up. Please let us know if you still can not register properly. REMEMBER – please hit “F5″ on your keyboard to do a full page refresh. If you don’t so this, your browser may be still loading the old version of the registration page.

With this upgrade came a few small bugs that are unrelated to this current issue. We will be spending the remainder of the day eliminating them.

Thank you.

I have the latest version of IE but it still will not let me enter my state (Arizona). I click it and it tells me to enter a state over and over. I do not wish to download Firefox. How do I get registration to complete?

I have tried to register today on autoleeg. After filling in all the info I am told an email will be sent to me for verification. As of yet no email has arrived. When I go back to reapply, I am told that there is already an account under that name. I tried with a different email address and password and same thing happens after I am told an email has been sent……What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Peter,

We manually approved your registration. Sometimes registration approval messages get caught in email spam filters. This may have happened in your case. Either way, you may now login and begin placing ads.

    Thank you.

    Can you please help me?
    thank you.
