Why Isn’t My Link Working?
Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009If you placed an ad with us and later discovered that the URL (link) you used with your ad isn’t sending people to the correct page, you might not be alone. The reason for this is simple.
We set our system up to alter or change certain characters. If the URL you are using has one of those special characters in it, your link might not work.
So, what do I do?
Oh, that’s easy. All you need to do is use one of the millions of URL shortening services out there. We like the one Twitter uses when people post updates.
Click here to visit bit.ly and shorten your URL. Then, copy the URL they give you and use it in your ad. It’s that simple.
