Weather we don’t have time for the gym, or we just basically get lazy, sometimes fitness isn’t always at the top of our list (even if we think about it all the time!). So here are some secrets to not being slimmer, but at least looking slimmer!
Wear Monochromatic Colors
Staying away from patterns and an array of different colors is a good idea because you don’t draw so much attention to your problem areas. So try wearing no more than two colors at a time.
Stay Away From Baggy Clothes
Baggy clothes don’t hide your imperfections, they make them stand out! The best thing you can do is wear clothes that fit you. Not ones that are baggy, but not ones that are too tight either.
Wear Accessories
Again, accessories draw attention from any problem areas. So try stacking up some bangles on your arms, a long pair of necklaces , or just a sparkling brooch.
Wear a Lower Waistline
Choose pants that have lower waistlines. Make sure they have a flat front and no pleats, as that will make you look bigger. The lower waistline helps elongate your legs. Make sure the pants are long enough and they don’t cut off at the ankle.
Belt Mania
Wearing belts can give you longer legs, if you know how to wear them. Position it lower on your hips.
You Can Wear Skinny Jeans as Well as Bellbottoms
You can actually still wear skinny jeans as long as you pair them with a voluminous top or a long blazer. Make sure to add some sexy hells. Bellbottoms are best worn with a fitted top.

Use a toothbrush to tease a short strand. The tiny bristles will give you more control, and give your hair more lift.
BLOW-DRYING
1.Blow-dry bangs first, since they are first to dry. Use a round toothbrush.
2. Use fingers to separate hair until almost dry.
3.Divide hair into sections, and dry sections first.
HINT: Always brush and blow dry in same direction.
TRIM YOUR OWN BANGS
1. Comb bangs straight down across your forehead.
2. Separate into three sections.
3. Clip back the two side sections.
4. Grasp the middle section between the fingers, and looking straight ahead cut off about 1/4 inches.
5. Unclip side sections and repeat.
SLEEP ON SATIN
Keep your hair from losing its style overnight by always sleeping on a satin pillow. Carry one with you when you travel.

August 9, 2008 20:42:06 Your interview attire is more important than you think so let your talent and personality get you noticed, not your wild tie or brightly colored socks. The right clothes give you an opportunity to make the right impression. I have outlined 4 important tips on dressing for a job interview.
Fragrance
On the day of our interview, before you even begin to get dressed, there is one thing you should avoid. You may be tempted to follow your normal routine of splashing your favorite cologne or aftershave on after you hop out of the shower. Don’t do it for your interview, you don’t want to overwhelm the interviewer. They may not like your fragrance as much as you do.
What to Wear. . .
To a more formal interview: It helps to know how formal the company you will be interviewing with is and if wearing a suit is necessary. I hate to state the obvious, but it is important to go in a suit and tie to any company thats part of a more formal industry, such as banking, law or brokerage. Choose a basic black, dark gray or navy suit. Also opt for black leather lace-up shoes and a black belt. Blue shirts are a great choice since they compliment most skin tones and easily coordinate with most suit colors. Choose a flattering tie that goes well with both the suit and shirt you have chosen.
To a less formal interview: Some less formal industries such as software development and technology companies will not require a suit. However, its better to wear something a little nicer than what everyone in the office is wearing. So choose something dressy but casual. Such ensembles might include pressed khakis or trousers, a well pressed button-down shirt, and of course some sort of nice looking dress shoe and matching belt. You may even want to thrown on a blazer. Navy blazers look great with khaki pants.
Shoes and Belts
Pay attention to details such as matching your belt to the color of your shoes. Choose black shoes if your outfit consists of dark gray, navy, brown or black. Opt for dark brown shoes if youll be wearing tans or medium toned colors. I hate to sound like your mother, but polish or clean your shoes before your interview. Scuff marks on your shoes make you look tattered, and we cant have that.
Accessories
Keep interview accessories minimal and professional. Use some sort of bound portfolio to carry your resume, references or other papers. Men should limit jewelry to a wristwatch and cufflinks if you wear them. Earrings, necklaces, nose rings, and such are not interview material (for the man who wants the job anyway). Whatever the type of industry, men should wear jewelry sparingly.

Tip #1: Yes To Light, Forget The Dark
Nobody wants to see you in dark and dreary clothing at the start of Spring!
